Recruiting Internship

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Learn how to set up and run a high-performance recruiting operation for an early stage tech startup. We’re a small, international and diverse team that needs to grow fast in a range of positions, from sales to online marketing to technology. You will generate a healthy pipeline of top level candidates for all our openings, and lead our multi-stage recruiting funnel from job posting to hiring. You will also be responsible for performance evaluation and measurement of the entire team, to constantly upgrade our talent pool.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Passion for fighting climate change and promoting renewable energies relentlessly
• Strong motivation to work in a startup environment
• Student or degree in Human Resources
• Previous experience in recruiting, headhunting and talent management
• Able to deliver excellent results under time constraints and shifting targets
• Experience in early stage D2C startups is a huge plus
• You know how to read CVs and application letters between the lines, and evaluate candidates at different stages of the recruiting funnel
• Solid knowledge of Google Workspace (especially spreadsheets), Slack and Zoom
• Strong people and sales skills
• Native speaker of Spanish, Portuguese or Italian, fluent in English
• Minimum 6-month of internship duration

WHAT WE OFFER

Full time internship, based at our HQ in San Sebastian de los Reyes, Madrid. The job is 100% on site together with the rest of the team. You will work directly with our founder in a dynamic, international team. Your multitasking skills and ability to work in an intense environment will be put to the test every day. We work in English internally.
